Don't just look at the feet! - hoof disorders are sometimes a manifestation of a pathology somewhere else, look at how unequal the sides of the shoulders at the withers are.  This results in unequal weight bearing on the feet, the foot that takes all or most of the weight collapses, the non weight bearing foot becomes more upright.
